Report an audio issue

A technical report is sent. Audio is included only if you choose to attach an excerpt. This option is off by default.

The attachment may contain no more than 30 seconds of the same interval from the source before the Mode and from the rendered Take. If the source is unavailable, only the rendered Take excerpt is sent. These files contain your voice and recitation.

Your recordings stay on your device. An excerpt is sent to support only if you explicitly choose it in an audio issue report, and it is deleted automatically after 30 days.

Before you contact us

For a faster reply, please include when possible:

your device and system (iOS, Android or macOS);
the type of headphones or microphone you use;
the feature involved: Mushaf, Listen, Record, Edit, Library, My modes, Account or Pro;
the steps to reproduce the issue.

Direct listening

For direct listening, connect a compatible audio output. On mobile, use a real output connected to the device; on macOS, use a dedicated output such as headphones, line out, a DAC, or an audio interface. Bluetooth and AirPods are not used for direct listening because of latency; they remain suitable for recording without audible return and replaying your takes.

Recording

If the voice becomes too dense or aggressive, move the microphone slightly away and lower the direct-listening volume. If recording does not start, check the microphone permission in your system settings.

Import, Share and Save a copy

Simple editing for an existing Take is available in the app. Import accepts WAV, M4A and MP3. Share and Save a copy follow the same rule: MP3 is Free for Takes made with a Free or local personal Mode; WAV and Takes made with a Pro Mode require Pro.

Account and subscription

Signing in is optional. It automatically syncs personal modes and associates RevenueCat Pro grants with the Firebase UID. Apple or Google handles purchases, cancellations and refunds. If Pro does not activate, use Restore purchases. You can delete your account directly in the app.

Rate Mubayyen

You can rate Mubayyen directly on the App Store: apps.apple.com/app/id6780471941?action=write-review. The app may record app_review_request and app_review_store_open events, but it collects neither your rating nor your review text.
