Before you contact us

For a faster reply, please include when possible:

  • your device and system (iOS, Android or macOS);
  • the type of headphones or microphone you use;
  • the feature involved: Mushaf, Listen, Record, Edit, Library, My modes, Account or Pro;
  • the steps to reproduce the issue.

Direct listening

For direct listening, plug in wired headphones or a compatible audio output. USB-C or Lightning depends on your device. Bluetooth and AirPods are not used for direct listening; they remain suitable for recording without audible return and replaying your takes.

Recording

If the voice becomes too dense or aggressive, move the microphone slightly away and lower the direct-listening volume. If recording does not start, check the microphone permission in your system settings.

Import and export

Audio import accepts WAV, M4A and MP3 files. Export offers WAV for maximum quality and MP3 for a file that is simpler to share.

Account and subscription

Signing in is optional and only backs up your custom modes. Purchases, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on the platform. If Mubayyen Pro does not activate after a purchase, use Restore purchases in the app.
